Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn belt in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and hardware protectors are still attached.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the leather, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
